Electronics technician (m/f/d) for machines and drive technology

With us, you won't spend your entire apprenticeship in the training workshop or on the school bench. Our trainees can already work with cutting-edge technology during their training and master it afterwards. A varied daily work routine also offers you an insight into many departments. You will be offered many development opportunities during and after your apprenticeship, including apprentice projects, internal training courses, courses and apprenticeship discussions, which should lead to an independent and self-reliant way of working.
Good support during the training period by a youth representative and training management as well as very good training remuneration are a matter of course for us. Requirements

Your tasks and activities during the training
- Production of windings for coils, generators and electric motors

- Installation and commissioning of measuring, control and regulation equipment
- Setting up and testing controls
- Alignment and balancing of rotating machines

- Assembly work abroad possible (Europe, Asia, USA etc.)
At the end of your training, you will be familiar with almost all motors. From small engines to fans, air conditioners, elevators and electric gate drives to ICE engines, ship engines and wind turbines. You work on motors for rolling mills with 100 t unit weights.
Training schedule
The training period is generally 3.5 years. On application, the training period can be shortened if the trainee has the appropriate qualifications. Each apprentice receives basic training in sawing, filing, bending, hammering, chiselling, drilling, thread cutting, welding and basic instruction in the balancing of rotors and shafts.
Theoretical instruction takes place one or two days a week at the Robert-Bosch Berufskolleg in Dortmund. The theoretical and practical examination consists of 2 parts, which are conducted in the middle and at the end of the training period. The training ends with the successful completion of the final examination.
Textbooks, work clothes and necessary work materials are provided by Vogelsang. The trainees are supported by a self-elected JAV (youth representation) during the period of their training.
