For our location in Bochum-Wattenscheid we are looking for a reliable and committed employee for the position of Foreman in the Pump Assembly department.
The Pump Installation division is involved in the repair, new construction and planning of lifting and conveying equipment for fresh water and waste water. Our customer base includes municipalities and utilities as well as private and commercial companies. We also pay particular attention to the processing of water technology systems for waterways and land-based infrastructure.
We are looking for a foreman to support our management team with immediate effect.
Your tasks will include the preparation of construction sites, the procurement of materials, the commercial processing of projects and taking measurements. In addition, you will support the head of department in the organizational and personnel management of the department and deputize for him in his absence.
The position is classified according to the metal and electrical industry pay scale in pay group 10. Depending on length of service, our collective agreement provides for up to 13.9 months' pay, 30 days' vacation and a 35-hour week. Further details are regulated by the valid and known company agreements.
