Introducing Our Project Management Team

Complex repair projects that require extensive coordination between customers and the workshop, as well as among our various in-house departments, are managed by our project management team. Our project management team ensures that customer requirements are communicated to the relevant departments, understood, and taken into account during the execution of the work. This ranges from reviewing inspection specifications and implementing requirements for documenting damage findings and test results to monitoring delivery dates. Our project management team currently consists of four people, whom we’d like to introduce to you here:

Jennifer Musga

Ms. Musga ensures that information from the workshop and the engineering department is accurately, clearly, and neatly translated into meaningful documentation. Ms. Musga completed her apprenticeship as an industrial clerk with us and subsequently earned a degree in business administration. In addition to this role, she oversees the suggestion and improvement program, data protection, and the handling of export and import matters.

Stefan Wostebrock

After completing his apprenticeship as an electrical engineer with us, Mr. Wostebrock spent many years in our workshop and in on-site service. His hands-on experience and sindependent work style—which he learned on numerous construction sites—as well as his strong communication skills with customers make him a valuable member of the team. Above all, when it comes to preparing damage assessments and repair proposals. In addition to this job, Mr. Wostebrock, as a member of the works council, is also responsible for handling the Jobrad .

Walter Zöhner

Mr. Zöhner has, according to completing training with us as an electrical machine builder worked for many years on the team Service & Diagnostics . There, he analyzed machines in operation and identified emerging or existing damage identified and repaired them. His professional and friendly manner with our customers, even under time pressure, is what sets him apart. Mr. Zöhner impresses with his reliability and his exceptional professional expertise. Even our non-German-speaking customers feel very well taken care of and informed.

 

Michael Wusthoff

After many years as a development engineer at Breuer, a manufacturer of specialty engines, Mr. Wusthoff now brings his in-depth theoretical expertise to our project management team. Ass the direct point of contact for the department heads in the workshop, he is responsible for the tasksin the course of a repair conversion conversions and design changes. In addition, he supports and assists Dirk Knappertsbusch in the test facility with all matters regardingcurrent, voltage, and magnetic fields. In addition to this work as part of the team Projects,”, Mr. Wusthoff is involved in in-house training for our apprentices. His focus here is on mathematics, technology, and the theory of electrical machines. One project that has been atimprovement in our trainees’ performance at school and, of course, here at work. This year, we have some of the top students in their classes!
