You know us as a product- and brand-independent repair service provider for electric machines. However, our mission goes beyond that: We see ourselves as a service partner for our customers’ entire machine fleet—regardless of whether the motors are from Siemens, WEG, or ABB, for example.

Specialized technical information is often required to perform a repair properly. That is why close communication with the respective machine manufacturer is particularly important—especially with the design and engineering departments.

For this reason, we have always maintained trusting, partnership-based relationships with manufacturers. Ultimately, it is our customers who benefit most from this: through well-thought-out solutions, streamlined processes, and reliable repairs.

For some time now, we have been observing a shift in business models among manufacturers. Many manufacturers are realizing that their service capabilities are insufficient to provide their customers with reliable after-sales service. This is especially true for suppliers from distant foreign countries, for whom entering the market without a functioning after-sales service is essentially impossible. Who wants to organize a service call with a partner on the other side of the world?

For many years, we have therefore served as service and repair partners for various Asian manufacturers—such as Hyundai, Hyosung, CRRC, SEMC, Teco Zhongda, and Teikoku—who rely on us for their service work. These service partnerships sometimes bring a lot of work and at other times hardly any over the course of several years, but they are a testament to the positive reputation of our workshop and our capabilities. That is why we are proud of each of these service contracts, which have been confirmed through an audit by the manufacturer.

Over the past two years, three more leading manufacturers in the drive technology sector—Siemens, Innomotics, and WEG—have approached us to take advantage of our service offerings. These partnerships give us the opportunity to support our customers even better. Our straightforward access to the manufacturers’ design and development departments is also a major advantage for our customers. This allows us to address issues even more effectively. For you, our customers, this means—while we remain fully loyal to our service partners—that, as a third-party, independent service partner, we may be able to view problem cases with a slightly more objective perspective than a manufacturer would.
