As part of the implementation of our digitalization strategy, we introduced the digital machine file for our customers in summer 2023. Using a QR code attached directly to the repaired machine, our customers have access to the complete repair documentation, test reports, damage findings and repair report.
The document area is password-protected. As a Vogelsang customer, you will receive your access code from the Vogelsang employee you know.
